Repairs

Can you line a drain that runs under a house?

Yes — this is exactly where no-dig lining is most valuable. A liner is installed from an accessible chamber outside the building and cured in place under the floor, repairing the run without lifting floors, breaking through slabs or excavating inside the property.

Access is the only real constraint: there must be a chamber or rodding eye that lets the liner be introduced and a route with no impassable bends.

Junction and connection repairs under a building can be handled with specialist hat or junction liners where a standard patch will not seal the connection.

Compare that with the alternative — breaking out a kitchen floor — and the case for lining makes itself.
