No-Dig Drain Relining

A brand-new pipe inside your old one — no digging required.

Drain relining installs a brand-new resin-impregnated liner inside your existing pipe. It cures in place to form a smooth, jointless, structurally-independent pipe with a design life of over 50 years — all without excavating your garden, driveway or road. It's the smartest way to repair long, damaged pipe runs, especially under buildings or expensive landscaping.

Warning signs

  • CCTV shows widespread cracks or open joints
  • Root ingress at multiple points along a run
  • Repeated blockages after previous localised repairs
  • Pipe passes under a building, driveway or listed feature

Common causes

  • Age-related deterioration of Victorian clay pipes
  • Ground movement opening pipe joints
  • Root ingress from established trees
  • Substandard materials in earlier repair work
Our process

How we handle no-dig drain relining

01
Pre-lining CCTV
Full survey confirms the pipe is suitable for lining.
02
Cleaning
Drain is jetted clean and dried before lining.
03
Liner insertion
Resin-impregnated felt liner inserted and inflated in place.
04
Curing
Liner cured with UV, hot water or ambient temperature depending on the system.
05
Reinstatement
Junctions robotically cut back in and post-lining CCTV verification.

Kit we bring

  • CIPP liners in 100mm–225mm diameters
  • Robotic cutters for junction reinstatement
  • UV curing rigs
  • Post-lining CCTV

While you wait — do

  • Get quotes from multiple lining specialists — prices vary widely
  • Ask for post-lining CCTV as standard

Please don't

  • Don't line a fully collapsed pipe — it needs excavation first

Common questions

Does lining reduce the pipe diameter?
By a few millimetres only. The smoother finish usually improves flow because water isn't catching on joints anymore.
How long does the liner last?
50+ years design life. In many cases the liner outlasts the surrounding host pipe.

Blocked drain? Not for long.
