How long does it take to clear a blocked drain?▾

Most household blockages are cleared within 30–60 minutes of arrival. Complex root ingress or collapsed pipes can take longer and may require a follow-up CCTV survey.

Do you charge if you can't clear the drain?▾

No. If we can't clear the drain on the first visit, you don't pay for the clearance. We'll quote separately for any excavation or repair work needed.

Will you make a mess in my kitchen or bathroom?▾

We put down protective sheeting, wear overshoes, and thoroughly clean the area before we leave. You should barely know we were there.

Can you clear shared drains between houses?▾

Yes. Shared drains are usually the responsibility of the water company once they leave your boundary, but we can clear, survey and liaise with utilities on your behalf.
