A lot of drainage in Dodd's Hill predates the people using it. Extensions, loft conversions and added bathrooms load runs beyond their original design, and that's when hidden faults finally show. We factor that into every blocked shower & bath unblocking job we take in TN22.

Most common drainage problems in Dodd's Hill

Deformed pitch fibre pipes in 1950s–70s housing

How the visit works

1Trap access — We remove the grille and inspection point to reach the trap.
2Manual clearance — Hair and scum removed by hand and by specialist snake.
3Waste pipe flush — Warm degreaser or mini-jetter used to clear the pipe run.
4Flow test — Full drain-down test confirms the run is clear.
