Kill traps only work if the rats can't come back. We stop them at the source.

Rats get into houses through broken lateral drain connections left over from disused outbuildings, coal chutes and Victorian additions. Trapping alone doesn't fix the problem — the rats keep coming. We CCTV survey the drainage, seal the entry points and, where useful, fit non-return valves to prevent re-entry.
