Blocked Shower & Bath Unblocking in Otford

Blocked Shower & Bath Unblocking for Otford (TN14) properties

The blockages we see most in Otford are deformed pitch fibre pipes in 1950s–70s housing, wet wipes and sanitary items blocking the main lateral, displaced joints and misalignment caused by ground movement. Blocked Shower & Bath Unblocking is the right call when those symptoms point at the underground run rather than the trap under the sink.

Most common drainage problems in Otford

• Deformed pitch fibre pipes in 1950s–70s housing
• Wet wipes and sanitary items blocking the main lateral
• Displaced joints and misalignment caused by ground movement
• Root ingress at clay pipe joints on tree-lined streets around Otford
• Shared drainage disputes between neighbouring or converted properties

How the visit works

1. 1Trap access — We remove the grille and inspection point to reach the trap.
2. 2Manual clearance — Hair and scum removed by hand and by specialist snake.
3. 3Waste pipe flush — Warm degreaser or mini-jetter used to clear the pipe run.
4. 4Flow test — Full drain-down test confirms the run is clear.
